PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning vehicle capable of cleaning the whole wall surface of a tunnel while traveling in the same direction as general vehicles without interfering with the following vehicle in cleaning the wall surface right beside the vehicle, and easily performing cleaning work by one vehicle without becoming large-scaled dispensing with an exclusive rotary brush for cleaning a guardrail. SOLUTION: This cleaning vehicle 1 has bendable arms 12, 13 on a body frame 5 of the vehicle, a brush 6 at the tip of the arms 12, 13, and an operating chamber 4 for operating the arms 12, 13. The side edge of the body frame 5 is provided with a cutout 26 for receiving at least a part of the brush 6. The brush can thereby be enclosed in the cutout to clean the tunnel wall surface right beside the vehicle, so that a brush space between the wall surface and the vehicle can be reduced. The vehicle can thereby clean as it is close to the wall surface during low speed travel cleaning, which does not interfere much with the travel of the following general vehicle.
