PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water service installation, which can adjust a water consumption to a sanitary washing apparatus and the quantity of water in a low tank, in which the number of parts is simplified and assembly works are simplified and the cost of which is reduced. SOLUTION: The water service installation is composed of a straight stop valve 13 connected to the water-work side and a hydrant 15 branched from the valve 13 and used for supplying the sanitary washing apparatus 10 with water through an out port 15b. The valve 13 has a port 13a communicating with the low tank 14, a valve seat 19, a valve body 20 opening and closing the valve seat 19 and a spindle 21 being screwed to the valve 13 and opening, closing and operating the valve body 20 while being penetrated to the hydrant 15. The number of parts is reduced and the water consumption and the quantity of water for a hand-washing for the low tank 14 can be adjusted finely and the deterioration in washing performance can be eliminated by forming a water passage 24 to the spindle 21 so that the out port 15b for the hydrant 15 is supplied with a part of water flowing in through the valve seat 19 when the valve body 20 is opened.
