PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of an inkjet recorder using photocuring ink by preventing incomplete printing due to incomplete curing. SOLUTION: The inkjet recorder comprises an inkjet head 1 as an inkjet recording head arranged with a plurality of ink ejection openings ejecting photocuring ink, a tubular light source 2 emitting light for curing ink ejected to a recording medium, a sensor 3 for measuring the quantity of light, i.e. a section for measuring the quantity of light emitted from the tubular light source, and a control section 4, i.e. a light source control section performing lighting controlling of the tubular light source such that the quantity of light can be adjusted based on the measurements from the quantity of light measuring section.
