PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately form a sheet type laminated rubber member, which contains staple fibers oriented in the thickness direction thereof. SOLUTION: This method is provided with: a carrying process K1 of carrying rubber sheet Sg, which contains the staple fibers oriented in the length direction thereof, with its tip part suspended vertically; a cutting/insertion process K2 cutting the rubber sheet Sg by pressing the suspension part Sg1 of the rubber sheet Sg toward parallel upper/lower blade parts 12U and 12L and inserting a cut piece G between the blade parts 12U and 12L; and a stacking process K3 of forming the laminated rubber GG with uncut faces joined together between the upper/lower blade parts 12U and 12L by repeating the cutting/insertion process K2.
