PURPOSE: A method of producing bamboo salt water by preparing bamboo salt and then diluting the bamboo salt in purified water is provided. The diluted bamboo salt water has a salinity of about 0.8% as a concentration easy to be absorbed by the body. CONSTITUTION: Bamboo salt is mixed with purified water and allowed to settle to give first supernatant, which is mixed with purified water and allowed to settle to give second supernatant, which is then mixed with purified water to give bamboo salt water as a final product. For an example, 78kg bamboo salt is agitated with 1,000kg purified water for 24hr and allowed to settle for 72hr to give first supernatant, which is agitated with 2,000kg purified water for 24hr and allowed to settle for 72hr to give second supernatant. Then, 3,000kg second supernatant is mixed with 7,000kg purified water and agitated to give bamboo salt water.
