<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a pitch controller which is capable of reducing bush wear caused by the application of pressure by a yoke in a concrete finishing trowel, has a folding handle, does not require physical operation for a thrust collar, and requires only a few number of operations with fingers. <P>SOLUTION: A concrete finishing machine comprises both a rotatable trowel blade assembly and a mechanism for controllably adjusting the pitch of trowel blades to the surface of a concrete in a wet state on which the trowel blades are mounted.
