<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily executing an incorporeal object such as intellectual property by preliminarily searching needs of the intellectual property and also collecting necessary funds therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In this commercialization method by voting of the intellectual property or the like by use of a communication line 6, an incorporeal recording server 1 recording a plurality of plans is adapted so that communication terminals 5 of a plurality of preset voters can refer to through the communication line 6, and the voters can vote for whether or not they are investable in a selected specific plan by e-mail. The total number of new voters who refer to the specific plan and the vote of investability are counted, and when the total number reaches a predetermined constant, and when the vote reaches a predetermined constant, the specific plan is made not to be browsable.
