<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a teller to confirm if a customer coming to a window is the customer who has dealt with a reception terminal. <P>SOLUTION: Customer information read by a card reader or a passbook reader from a customer's cash card or passbook and images taken with a camera provided at the reception terminal 1 are sent by the reception terminal 1 to a reception management terminal 22 and stored in a storage part at the reception management terminal 22, together with a serial number. A numbered ticket on which the serial number reported to the reception terminal 1 from the reception management terminal 22 is printed is issued by the reception terminal 1 to the customer.
