<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reading/writing device difficult to be scratched, in reading or writing of information in a non-contact IC card or a tag incorporated into a mobile device or the like, and easily repairable, eve if scratched. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact IC card reader comprises a substantially plane flexible antenna part 2 and an IC card reader case 1 having therein a signal processing part.
