<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve a case that a mobile terminal which performs transmission with high electric power appears and then the other mobile terminal is excessively increased in transmission electric power. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission electric power increase decision part 11 monitors transmission electric power to decide whether or not the transmission electric power increases, and outputs a start/stop request signal 21 and a TPC switching request signal 22 for gradually lowering the transmission electric power when deciding that the transmission electric power increases. A gradual decrease TPC generation part 12 receives the start /stop request signal 21 for gradually decreasing the transmission electric power and outputs a generated TPC signal 23. A TPC switching part 13 when inputting the TPC switching request sginal 22 and generated TPC signal 23 switches a normal-time TPC signal 24 from the TPC generation part 10 to the generated TPC signal 23 to switch the transmission electric power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
