PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle motion control device capable of stably controlling a behavior of a vehicle without imparting unnatural feeling to a driver, even if changing vehicle speed during the vehicle motion control. SOLUTION: This control device is provided with a rear wheel steering angle imparting means to impart a rear wheel steering angle of the vehicle and a vehicle motion target value calculating means for calculating a vehicle motion target value so that a response characteristic of a plane behavior of the vehicle may be a prescribed response characteristic based on a steering angle detection value, a vehicle speed detection value and a vehicle speed dependent constant set as a map for every vehicle speed in advance. The vehicle motion target value calculating means is provided with a two-wheel steering time vehicle speed dependent constant calculating part for calculating the vehicle speed dependent constant based on a vehicle parameter at a two-wheel steering time and an interpolation operation part for performing an interpolation operation for the vehicle speed dependent constant based on the calculated two-wheel steering time vehicle speed dependent constant and the speed dependent constant set as the map for every vehicle speed in advance.
