PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing recycled aggregate in which high quality recycled aggregate for concrete can be efficiently recovered from a concrete waste. SOLUTION: The method comprises supplying a raw material composed of a concrete waste to a first sieve to screen the same, supplying a screened component with a specific particle size or less to a crusher that performs crushing by the action of impact grinding mutually between particles to crush the same, classifying a crushed component by a classifier to collect fine particles in a dust collector, collecting a remaining crushed product as a recycled sand, supplying a screened component with a specific particle size or more to a grinding apparatus for performing grinding by a grinding action utilizing the rubbing of particles with each other to grind the same, and supplying a component after the grinding to a second sieve to screen the same and collect a resulting component within a specific particle size range as recycled aggregate.
