PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switching device and a DC-DC converter circuit in which the ratio of the on resistance R<SB>DS(ON)</SB>and the switching time t<SB>sw</SB>can be altered depending on the variation of a load. SOLUTION: The power switching device Q<SB>10</SB>comprises a semiconductor substrate 22, a plurality of cells arranged on the semiconductor substrate 22 and switching the current from each power supply to the load based on the potential of a gate electrode 24, and a plurality of drivers 30 connected with the gate electrode 24 and distributed in the arrangement of the plurality of cells. The DC-DC converter circuit 100 comprises a circuit S for detecting a current flowing through the power switching device Q<SB>10</SB>and feeding the detection results back to a control circuit IC<SB>10</SB>.
