PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily connect electric wires to terminals of an apparatus under condition that a sufficient space cannot be secured around the terminals of the apparatus. SOLUTION: Apparatus connector portions 31a-c of a conductive path A are mounted on a motor M (the apparatus) and apparatus terminal portions 14a-c are connected to apparatus side terminal fittings Mb. By setting up the length, paths, shape and the like of bus bars 10a-c optionally, an electric wire side connector portion 33 can be arranged at a desired position to the motor M, or a position where a sufficient space is secured that allows the electric wires W can easily be connected to the electric wire side connector portion 33.
