PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a microwave oscillation circuit having a dielectric resonator used in one end open mode and the height of an outline of the circuit can be lowered. SOLUTION: A high frequency circuit substrate 2 having a hole 4 is provided on the bottom of a metal cabinet 1. A cylindrical dielectric resonator 5 is directly arranged on the bottom of the metal cabinet 1 and installed with an adhesive in the hole 4 of the high frequency circuit substrate 2. A movable short-circuit board 7 for freely varing a distance between the top of the dielectric resonator 5 and the board 7 is provided on a metal cover 6 of the metal cabinet 1. A resonation mode of the dielectric resonator 5 is made to be one end open mode electromagnetically grounded to the metal cabinet 1 and the height of the outline obtained by adding the metal cover 6 to the metal cabinet 1 can be lowered by the thickness of the high frequency circuit substrate 2 without providing a support, etc. by directly arranging the dielectric resonator 5 on the bottom of the metal cabinet 1 in the hole 4 formed in the high frequency circuit substrate 2.
