PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost shielding structure for a switch device having a simple structure wherein only two components are engaged and having a high sealing performance without necessary to perform special postprocesses such as welding and bonding. SOLUTION: A circular projected wall parts 1n is formed in either of joint parts of a case 1 or a cover 6, a circular recessed groove part 6f engaged with the projected wall part 1n is formed in the other one, an elastic deformation part 1p is formed at the tip end of the circular projected wall part 1n, an inclined part 6g comprising a slope is formed near the bottom part of the circular recessed groove part 6f, and the elastic deformation part 1p and the inclined part 6g are pressed to be in close contact with each other when the case 1 and the cover 6 are engaged together.
