发明名称 METHOD FOR TWO-WAY FLOW CONTROL OF FLUID
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce space and reduce the cost of laying a two-way line by proposing a method of using only a single line for two-way supply of fluid and controlling the flow rate of a two-way flow of fluid. SOLUTION: The single line has therein a bypass part 12 having a main line 13 and a sub line 14, which are provided with check valves 16 and 15 respectively to form flows of fluid in opposite directions, and which are provided with flow transmitters 10 and 9 for measuring fluid flow rates in the respective directions. The bypass part is reconnected into the single line 13. Fluid headers 5 and 6 are disposed on the opposite sides of the bypass part, and are controlled at a pressure difference by fluid header pressure control valves 7 and 8 to form a flow of fluid. The fluid direction is determined by a mode changeover switch 11 that measures the fluid flow rate and fluid pressure. According to the resultant measured flow rate value, flow control is executed wherein an opening/closing signal is output to a flow control valve 4 to provide control to a flow rate value determined by switching controllers 2 and 3 in a programmable controller 1.
