PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength of a fixing belt in a fixing device disposed on an image forming apparatus such as a copying machine and printer. SOLUTION: The fixing belt 11 is provided with cylindrical base material 12 made by winding heat-resistant sheets 15A, 15B so as to be laminated by a plurality of layers.
