PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder ejection device in which a flexible sleeve 13 provided to cover an aperture formed between an upper enclosure 2 and a lower enclosure 3 can be replaced without taking an internal powder. SOLUTION: The powder ejection device consists of: the upper enclosure 2 including a barrel 2a formed to be a vertically short cylinder, a taper 2b extended downwardly from the lower end of the barrel 2a and drawn toward the inner periphery to be formed into a tapered form in an upwardly widening cross section and a small diameter part 2c downwardly extended from the lower end of the taper 2b and having the diameter smaller than the inner diameter of an upper end opening of the lower enclosure 3; and the lower enclosure 3 provided under the upper enclosure, wherein the small diameter part 2c of the upper enclosure 2 is fitted inside the upper end opening of the lower enclosure 3 via a space. The powder ejecting device is structured so that the flexible sleeve 13 is wound from the outside to cover the aperture formed between the upper enclosure 2 and the lower enclosure 3 and fixed using clamp rings 14 and 14.
