PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressive press roller interlocking with a drive shaft of an automobile capable of exerting strong force with a simple procedure of assembling it on a truck. SOLUTION: A sprocket for a chain is mounted on the drive shaft to transmit the power of a prime mover and the transmission of the truck and the chain rotates a sprocket of a lower roller through an intermediate sprocket so that the lower roller is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise. Scrap is put onto a load table from a crane furnished with a grappler for grasping the scrap. Then a takeout hole for the oil pressure is provided for generating a strong compression force and smooth motions of a hydraulic cylinder, and as the power of a PTO assures no more than 20 hp, the power of the truck prime mover as strong as 180 hp is transmitted through the transmission to rotate a hydraulic oil pump so that four hydraulic cylinders in total are operated to compress the scrap with a vigorous force of around 60 t using a control valve and to send it forward or backward.
