PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an ink discharge capacity after assembling while reducing the variation of the ink discharge capacity in relation to the adhesion of a drive unit comprising a piezoelectric element and a base stand with an ink flow channel unit. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element is joined to a vibration plate by a first adhesive and a positioning part is joined in a rigid region outside a pressure chamber by a second adhesive of which the hardness is higher than that of the first adhesive. Accordingly, an elastic adhesive low in strength, which is hard to cause irregularity in the adhesion of the piezoelectric element and the vibration plate, and an epoxy adhesive, which can strongly fix the base stand and the ink flow channel part, can be selected as adhesives fitted to purposes and an ink discharge capacity can be stabilized or the damage of the drive unit can be reduced.
