PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin antibacterial cutting board capable of providing appropriate hardness not to damage the blade of a knife and safety to a human body during use as the cutting board and being disposed by being buried without adversely affecting a natural environment at all by being biodegraded by microbes or the like in soil in the natural world after the use. SOLUTION: For the biodegradable synthetic resin antibacterial cutting board 1, a biodegradable synthetic resin whose main component is starch such as corn starch or potato starch is a base material, an organic compound antibacterial agent is added to it, kneaded and roughly uniformly dispersed, then it is molded into a flat rectangular board by a well-known molding method such as extrusion molding or injection molding, and thus a cutting board body 2 is manufactured.
