The plastics component (1) has a one-piece holder (3) for a foot section (7) and a neck section with a fastener clip (5). The holder has an opening where the foot section is inserted across the line (35) of the fastener clip. A holding plate has a recess open towards the plate edge, which holds the neck and clip. A neck and clip support is also in one piece with the component. The component is produced in a mold, which is structured to give a molding without back cuts through the movements of the mold sections.
