<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently search a condition of each job instructed for distributed printing and to efficiently reprint the job instructed for distributed printing. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of distributed printing instruction to document data accumulated in a document database accumulating document data with parent retrieval information and managing them, when distributed printing jobs created by dividing the document data are transferred to respective printers selected from a plurality of printers to be printed, a CPU 2 creates a child retrieval information, which is used for searching for each distributed printing job to be transferred, and relates it to the parent retrieval information to be set in the document database for managing it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
