PLASTIC MAGNET PRECURSOR, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND PLASTIC MAGNET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic magnet precursor which can be supplied to a process of forming a plastic magnet in a constant composition, and dispense with a kneading process of melting and shearing resin; and to provide a plastic magnet which hardly deteriorates its magnetic properties and is uniform in quality by forming the above plastic magnet precursor into the plastic magnet by injection molding.

SOLUTION: A method of forming the plastic magnet precursor comprises a first step of coating Nd-Fe-B isotropic magnet powder 1 and ferrite anisotropic magnet powder with a titanate coupling agent 4, and a second step of attaching thermoplastic resin powder 2 to the circumference of the magnet powder 1 for the formation of the powdery plastic magnet precursor.
