FAILURE RESPONSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure-response management system comprising a computer network system enabling an efficient response management in occurrence of a failure in a production department or a customer.

SOLUTION: When failure information is inputted from an acceptance screen prepared by the system, and a quality management department then sets and inputs a countermeasure department to which a failure product is to be sent, a route file 25 is created. Moves in each countermeasure department and the total number thereof are entered to the route file 25 for each failure code in reference to a move master file 27. An answer schedule/result screen 29 is created from the route file 25 and a progress data file 28, so that the progress of the failure countermeasure can be found.
