CARRIER DESIGN SUPPORTING SYSTEM, METHOD, AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier design supporting system supporting carrier designing in a role base.

SOLUTION: This carrier design supporting system receives selection of an occupation category model classifying occupations on the basis of a carrier path, extracts one or more roles matching the selected occupation category model, and displays it in association with the occupation category model. The role is a work unit attributed to an individual level, while the carrier design supporting system displays a necessary factor or an expectation factor required for this role and a competency evaluation value possessed by the individual so that they can be compared with each other.
