PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit which reduces noise and operates at a high speed. SOLUTION: Provided is the output circuit having a bias control part (BCNT) which inputs an internal signal and supplies a bias signal by providing a current path to a bias signal line after the rise variation and after the fall variation of the internal signal, a holder part (HOLD) which inputs the bias signal supplied by the bias control part and holds the bias signal of the bias signal line, and an output part (OT) which inputs the bias signal of the bias signal line and supplies a bias to an output line. To the current path provided after the internal signal of the bias control part varies, a field-effect transistor whose gate and drain are connected to each other or a bipolar transistor whose base and collector are connected to each other is connected.
