SECURITY SYSTEM OF MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor and limit the action range or action pattern of a visitor in a shared part within the shared entrance of a multiple dwelling house. SOLUTION: A first information acquisition means 21 acquires unique individual information on the visitor 20 in the shared entrance lobby part of the multiple dwelling house and stores it in a storage means 22. The shared part in the multiple dwelling house is divided to zones in identifiable units, and a second information acquisition means 24 is set in every zone. An admittable zone setting means 23 sets an admittable zone for the visitor only in the shared zone minimum-required for his/her arrival at the dwelling house of a resident who permits the visitor to enter by communications between a lobby interphone 2 and a home interphone master machine 4. A determination means 26 determines the present position of the visitor in the dwelling house on the basis of the information in the storage means 22 and the information acquired by the acquisition means 24, and further determines whether or not the position is in the admittable zone for the visitor to warn or guide the visitor.
