PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic bulletin board system which enables a client to freely change display images during contract by eliminating the work to be disturbed by the convenience on a client side. SOLUTION: The electronic bulletin board system is constituted by connecting an electronic bulletin board 1 which displays image data and a server 2 which holds the image data to be bulletined on the board 1 by a communication line capable of transferring the data including the network 4 and connecting a client PC 3 which transfers the image data to the server 2 and the server 2 by the network 4. When the system lends out the use right of the board 1 to the client PC 3, the system lends out the E-mail account of the server 2 to the client PC 3 and the client PC 3 sends the image data desired to display to that E-mail address.
