PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply liquid with no interruption during measurement, and to measure the amount of liquid supplied to one or more places from a liquid storage tank 1 for each place to be supplied, even if the amount of supply is small. SOLUTION: A first open/close valve 36 is opened (B), while a second open/close valve 46 is closed (A), when a second detector 41 detects the fact that a second float 42 inside a lower-side liquid tank 40 has dropped to a prescribed level L<SB>2</SB>, so that a liquid is supplied to an upper-side liquid tank 30 from the liquid storage tank until a first detector 31 detects that a first float 32 inside the upper-side liquid tank 30 has risen to a prescribed level L<SB>1</SB>(C). Then, the first open/close valve 36 is closed, and the second open/close valve 46 is opened so that the liquid is supplied to the lower-side liquid tank 40 from the upper-side liquid tank 30 (D).
