PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing door which is equipped with a ventilating function and a sound insulating function, without making a vent hole structurally protrude from a door body. SOLUTION: This opening/closing door is equipped with the door body 2 having a frame body 5 and surface plates 6 and 7 which are arranged on both sides of the frame body 5; openings 8 and 9, which communicate with an inside surface 4 of the frame body 5, are provided in the surface plate 6 which is provided on one side and the surface plate 7 which is provided on the other side, so as not to face each other; a core body 3, which forms a plurality of vertically and horizontally divided small chambers 10, is arranged in the inside space 4 of the frame body 5; and through-holes or notches 12 and 14 are provided in side walls 11 and 13 for partitioning the small chambers 10 of the core body 3, so as to form an air passage for connecting the opening 8 of the surface plate 6 provided on one side, with the opening 9 of the surface plate 7 provided on the other side.
