PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly functional fiber for weaving, which slantingly causes fluff and fibril in weaving, stably provides a high-quality woven fabric and comprises a wholly aromatic polyamide, a wholly aromatic polyester or a polybenzazole. SOLUTION: The high functional fiber for weaving is obtained by providing the surface of the high functional fiber composed of a wholly aromatic polyamide fiber, a wholly aromatic polyester fiber or a polybenzazole fiber with a finishing oil having 1-10 wt.% based on the active ingredient of the finishing oil of a 10-24Cα-olefin/unsaturated dibasic acid copolymer ester compound.
