The top end of the tube (2) is closed across the longitudinal direction by a smooth foil tab (5). It is continued upwards round part of its circumference by a protruding collar (6) which aligns with the tube wall (3) and contains the hanger opening (11). The free upper edge (9) of the collar is pref. a semielliptical shaped separating welding edge. The foil tab can be integral with the bag wall and welded to the inner wall of the collar which is likewise integral with the bag wall. USE/ADVANTAGE - Easier automatic production of tubular foil bag for cosmetic remover pads and easier recycling without having to separate draw cords which are no longer used.
