<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing and preserving perishable meat by which the required amount of vinegared cut mackerel and seaweed can be separately served in a set when eaten; and to provide a cryopreservation package of the perishable meat. <P>SOLUTION: The method for processing and preserving perishable meat comprises the following process: laying seaweed 2 on a resin flat plate tray 3, putting a vinegared cut mackerel 1 on the seaweed; passing a multilayer blade cutter 4 through the upper part of the tray 3 where the seaweed 2 and the vinegared cut mackerel 1 are put to cut the seaweed 2 and the vinegared cut mackerel 1 with the cutter 4 and also form a cut 7 on the tray 3; making the seaweed 2 and the vinegared cut mackerel 1 together with the tray 3 separable from the part of the cut 7; and integrally packaging the seaweed 2, the vinegared cut mackerel 1 and the tray 3 at low temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
