<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ubidecarenone composition being liquid at a normal temperature, excellent in solubility and capable of maintaining its transparent appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The ubidecarenone composition is obtained by dissolving the ubidecarenone with a solvent consisting of an edible free fatty acid being liquid at a normal temperature.
