<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic electrode which has a superior conductivity and an electrode activity and, is chemically stable and not corroded over a long time, when used as the electrode of an electrochemical cell. <P>SOLUTION: In a laminate of a plastic film support layer and a conductive thin film layer composed of at least one kind of conductive material selected from a metal, a metal oxide, and a conductive polymer substance, the surface of the conductive thin film layer is made as the plastic film electrode covered by a carbon material thin film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
