<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limitingly warm the circumference of a tumor part in a warming device for hyperthermia treating the cancer by warming the body. <P>SOLUTION: An annular magnetic body is installed outside the body, the magnetic body is made to generate a high frequency magnetic flux, a high frequency voltage is impressed on a part of the body orthogonally crossing with the magnetic flux by the change in the circulating magnetic flux and electrons are vibrated by the voltage to generate friction heat.
