PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescent display panel capable of improving extraction efficiency of emitted light, of preventing reflection of external light, and of improving viewability of a screen, current efficiency and the service life of the panel including light emitting elements; and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This luminescent display panel 12 has a transparent substrate 1 wherein the light emitting elements 5 are formed on one surface 1a and the other surface 1b is used as a display surface; and is provided with a micro-lens array 9 on the other surface of the transparent substrate 1.
