PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/detach a battery pack to/from a rear face of a video camera and to improve the reliability of attaching the battery pack when the battery pack is directly attached to the rear face of the video camera detachably without housing the battery pack into a battery case. SOLUTION: The battery pack 11 is mechanically and detachably coupled to a video camera body 2 by a connector and a rugged fitting part 13 with a lock mechanism 12 and also connected electrically and detachably by having only to move the battery pack 11 along a rear face 2d of the video camera body 2 from upward to downward.
