PRECOATED METAL SHEET EXCELLENT IN PRESS MOLDABILITY AND PROCESSED PART CORROSION RESISTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated metal sheet excellent in moldability in the continuous press molding of the precoated metal sheet and the indoor corrosion resistance of the end surface part of a draw processing part. SOLUTION: The precoated metal sheet excellent in press moldability and processed part corrosion resistance is obtained by providing at least one layer comprising an organic resin coating film having the following characteristics (a)-(d) on one side or both sides of a metal sheet to which chemical forming treatment is applied. The characteristics of the coating film are that (a) the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the coating film is 40-120°C, (b) the minimum value of the storage elastic modulus in the rubbery elastic region of the coating film measured by a dynamic viscoelasticity measuring instrument is 2×107Pa or below, (c) the surface tension of the coating film is 28 mN/m or below and (d) the coefficient of dynamic friction of the surface of the coating film is 0.15 or below.
