PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penthouse and an installation method thereof capable of installing the penthouse having various kinds of sizes by one kind of a penthouse unit. SOLUTION: The penthouse is so constituted that it is equipped with the penthouse unit 1 and a site framework section 20, the penthouse unit 1 is installed on a flat roof surface 12, and then, the site framework section 20 is formed in the penthouse unit 1 by framework at a site and, at the same time, the site framework section 20 is installed on the flat roof surface 12 to enable installation of penthouse having various kinds of sizes from one kind of penthouse unit 1.
