PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly implement a wireless communication at an S/T point of an ISDN. SOLUTION: A terminal equipment side connection device which is connected with an S/T interface of a terminal equipment of the ISDN and connects the terminal equipment and the network terminating equipment at the S/T point by implementing a wireless communication with the network terminating equipment side connection device that is connected with the S/T interface of the network terminating equipment of the ISDN, comprises: a terminal equipment side frame detection part which detects a frame of a signal transmitted from the terminal equipment to the network terminating equipment; a D channel bit detection part that detects a D channel bit in the frame detected by the terminal equipment side frame detection part; a terminal equipment side transmission part which receives a signal transmitted from the network terminating equipment to the terminal equipment from a network terminating equipment side connection device and transmits it to the terminal equipment; and a D channel echo bit insertion part which inserts a D channel bit in a D channel echo bit transmitted to the terminal equipment by the terminal equipment side transmission part.
