PROCESS FOR AZA DIELS-ALDER REACTION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new aza Diels-Alder reaction process with reduced environmental loading, because the process is carried out in an aqueous medium in no need of acid and can realize high production efficiency. SOLUTION: In this aza Diels-Alder reaction process, a Danishefsky's diene is allowed to react with an imine or a combination of an aldehyde and an amine in the presence of an alkali metal salt which is neutral in water to synthesize a nitrogen-containing 6-membered heterocyclic compound.
