PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and safe hair tonic/hair grower significantly recognizing the regrowth of hair. SOLUTION: The hair tonic/hair grower comprises a water-solubleβ-1,3-glucan derivative and/or a yeast extract. It is confirmed that the hair tonic/hair grower has excellent hair tonic/hair growing effects and further improves the hair touch such as impartment of luster/firmness/smoothness to the hair and improvement of combing.
