PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated panel which is hard to peel off in both directions, i.e. the direction along which an adhesive extends and the direction which intersects the direction of its extension and which is applied with the adhesive so that neither liquid permeability nor water permeability is barred. SOLUTION: The laminated panel is one in which at least two mutually overlapping sheet members 2, 3, 4, 6 are attached each other through adhesives B1-B4 applied on at least one of the facing sheet surfaces of the sheet members 2, 3, 4, 6. The adhesives B1-B4 form a plurality of streaks of adhesive lines L which extend to one direction with bends and are independent. The number of the repetition of the bending which one streak of the adhesive lines L makes is in the range of 50-200 in relation to 1 m of the dimension of the sheet members 2, 3, 4, 6, and the number of the intersection which one streak of the adhesive lines L makes is in the range of 0-200 in relation to 1 m of the dimension of the sheet members 2, 3, 4, 6.
