PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature of a heating means at target temperature by preventing the occurrences or the like of large voltage fluctuation and noises at the time of controlling the temperature of the heating means of a fixing device. SOLUTION: The heating means 14 is supplied with DC electric power by rectifying AC electric power from an AC power source 1 by a first rectifying means 4 and a second rectifying means 11 and converting into the DC electric power by a DC electric power generating means 20. The temperature of the heating means 14 is detected by a temperature detecting means 16 and is inputted in a controlling means 17, and the controlling means 17 controls the DC electric power generating means 20 so as to set detected temperature at a specified value, so that output voltage detected by an output voltage detecting means 13 is changed.
