PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which allows precise temperature measurement by bringing a temperature sensor into intimate contact with an object to be measured with adequate pressure. SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 60 is connected to a circuit board 40 through a flexible board 70, and an elastic support means 80 are provided between the temperature sensor 60 and the circuit board 40 in order to support the temperature sensor 60 at a predetermined height from the circuit board 40.
