The motor vehicle engine block drilling deburring tool has a main support housing (6) at the working end (5) of the tool shaft (1) defining a fixed bearing. It has a tubular shaft a section (11) connected (13) to the tool shaft to retain a movably mounted cutter (21) with play on the surface of the support. The cutter is biased outwardly by fluid pressure exerted via a bore in the tool shaft.
