The disposable beer keg (1) has an extension-resistant rigid shell within which is installed a flexible bag (5) to hold beer. The flexible bag has a membrane seal. The shell consists of a cylindrical tube (2) closed off by inwards curved covers (3,4). The covers are fastened to the tube by positive form-locking, mechanical locking and/or by material locking, and especially by retaining clamps. A pressure bag (6) is provided at least in areas between the rigid shell and holding bag and is variable in volume, being able to press out the holding bag by volume increase.
